Service User Guide

The purpose of this guide is to provide you with important information about

the care services and facilities offered here at Orchard House, the running

of the Home, as well as your rights as a resident.

A separate document called ‘The Statement of Purpose for Orchard House’

can be found in the main reception area. This gives a more detailed

explanation of the services provided, the staff team and the accommodation.

If you would like any assistance with understanding any aspect of the

Service User Guide or Statement of Purpose, please do not hesitate to ask

for advice from any member of staff or request in a format that you require.

A copy of the latest Inspection Report carried out by the Care Quality

Commission is displayed in the main reception area.

The staff team is here to ensure that you have a happy and comfortable

stay at Orchard House.
